Every UP student is required to take GE classes offered by various colleges and disciplines, making GEs an integral part of their college journey. With this, the General Education Center (GEC) is always ready to help make the GE experience enriching!
On 17-20 September, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs held the annual Freshie Orientation and Org Fair. Everyone was welcome to visit the GEC booth at 2/F University Food Service in the Student Union Building.
The General Education Center (GEC) Diliman is an administrative unit of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA) in charge of “[unifying] the the implementation of UP Diliman’s GE Program, coordinating access to and utilization of GE resources, and supporting GE-related research and development.” (Memorandum No. OVCAA-BMP 16-187)
