Congratulations to GEC staff – Jerome Cruz and Fame Pascua for their outstanding performance in the recently concluded Administrative Staff Program towards Institutional Resiliency and Excellence (ASPIRE 2.0)!
They were awarded as one of the Top Performing Groups during the Closing and Graduation Ceremony for their proposal on the Improved Flowchart for the Review and Approval of GE Course Proposals and report on the GE Center’s initiatives and efforts to streamline its overall workflow processes.
Together with Czarina Duka, the three GEC staff have completed the training program that ran from May 20, 2019 to July 22, 2019. ASPIRE Program 2.0 is designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge, mindset and skills in developing and implementing a Quality Management System that will help their organization attain improved and efficient operations, a sustained culture of innovation, customer-driven delivery of services, and empowered human resources.
